I saw a move in special of $750 a month (if I qualified, which I did) for the life of the lease. I checkded out the pictures and said "This is a beautiful place from what I see in these pictures". I called immediately to inquire about the move in special and how soon I could meet soemone to look at an apartment. I called and spoke with a girl that stated I would need to schedule a time between 9-5 on a weekday (She said they are not open for showings on the weekends). I told her i would have to call back because I would need to take time out of work to see this place.

I called back and got a totally different person. This person told me that they WERE open on the weekends and I could come in on Sunday @ 1pm to see the apartment. She took mynumber down and stated she would call me back if for some reason the apartment was no longer available.

Sunday rolls around. I drive down to the lease office and talk to a third different person. I gave this girl my name and informed her I was there because I had an appointment to view the apartment. She then proceeds to tell me that not only was the apartment not available... but she had NO RECORD of me calling or scheduling any appointment to see anything.

It was at this point I started to display my dissatisfaction... which she must have thought meant she could push me aside not once, but twice, and have side conversations with tenants that were just walking in.

After all was said and done, she ASSURED me that there was another apartment coming free and that she was going to call m that following day "FOR SURE... GUARANTEED"

To this day.. I never heard from them again.

From what i experienced... I'm glad I didn't have a chance to look at this place. It would have been a shame for me to fall in love with an apartment just to have to turn it down due to ignorance and incompetence in the front office.

Don't even waste your time calling these people. For lack of a better term... they are all MORONS.

These people are NOTORIOUS for being complete morons. They say they do one thing, then do the complete opposite. Yes, it looks beautiful, but it's only for looks. If you were to touch anything, it'd break. The floors leak, the walls have no insolation, you can hear your neighbors whisper, almost EVERYONE there has no courtesy for anyone else. When I lived there, we only had one nice neighbor that even took the time to say hi back after we greeted them. People don't clean up after themselves of THEIR PETS. Anyway, this place is also notorious for posting FALSE prices on their apartments. In truth, their lowest price is around $1200. No lower. DON'T MOVE IN IF YOU WANT TO BE A HAPPY/SATISFIED TENANT!!
