I have recently moved into the building and I have had a good experience from the day I rented the apartment to the day I moved in. The staff was really nice and accommodating. I will admit that the apartments can be noisy at times. I am impressed with the way the building is kept, it is very clean compared to other places I have lived. I would defiantly recommend this place.

You have a lot to learn, my friend... I thought the same thing when I first moved in. Wait a couple of months and you'll see... It looks pretty, and the office staff is nice, but trust me, your happiness will not last long.

I beg to differ, there are going to be downfalls in any apartment. As long as people respect their neighbors I don't think there should be any problems. We never hear anything from either side of us and I know people are living there. Above us we hear some things but nothing too bad. We are in an apartment, you are going to hear noise. The paint is cheap, that is one complaint I have. You brush against it and there's a mark. Other than that, I'm happy with my apartment.

Sure there is a level of respect you should have for your neighbors. But my experience was still awful. My next door neighbor lived alone and was a very sweet person so I have no complaints about him. However, where is it acceptable to be able to hear (as if they were in your own apartment) when they cough, the microwave beeps, they put ice in their glass, what they are watching on tv, etc? By no means should your neighbors alarm clock wake you up in the morning. I've lived in a few apartments, even a really sketchy one, and I've never heard everything so clearly. I lived in the Weave Mill (2 floor red brick building). Is it possible that the Center Mill (big gray one) is built better?
