I have lived here for only a few months and I don't have many complaints about the place. When I moved in the office let me know that I can reserve the elevator to help me move my belongings to the second floor. They also had put a move in gift into the apartment along with a brochure of the surrounding area. The only complaint I have is the apartments can be noisy at times. However, it's apartment living so you are expected to hear noise once in a while. I also enjoy that The Halstead allows you to have dogs. I enjoy going for a walk around the community and meeting other neighbors with dogs. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay here and I would recommend the community.
