After the real postings from unsatisfied tenants, ALL OF A SUDDEN, postings praising the apartments are just popping up one after another. Being the way Halstead is, I would NOT be suprised if people associated with the company are the ones posting these. I posted ads warning people on Craigslist of this horrible place, and my postings were immediately flagged and taken down by none other than Halstead themselves. This place is TERRIBLE and hey- if someone likes living in a poorly built building (it looks nice, but believe me- it's will fool you), where no one picks up after their pets, where you can hear your neighbor whispering in the next apartment, where you get mistreated by most of the staff if they don't like you (they are nice at first, but if you have one misunderstanding, or if you're simply just younger, you get treated like a dog), where there are NO camera's or any means of safety, I could go on- by all means, move right on in.

i agree!!! The Halstead Sucks!! They lied about everything. They dont charge people for not cleaning up after there pets. Windows are very drafty you freeze down stairs and you die of heat upstairs. There is no sound proffing, water paint on the walls. When we lived there we didnt meet anyone who was happy with their apartment. At all yes they look great very good looking but thats as far as it goes. I was paying over 1500 a month to stay there and they have people paying only 7 and 8 hundred to stay there but when it was time to resign my lease all they could do was give me the same 1500 a month i was paying so i moved to providence paying the same thing in a much nicer better built place.

I AGREE - read my current post about how they left me with no where to live within 4 days of my current lease ending!! But, they were sure to cash my deposit check within 2 days!! WHAT TERRIBLE "management!" SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! :(
