Why rent when you can buy? I went for a tour of this mill but I heard about these great new condos at the Bernon Mills Estates and fell in love. I liked the Halstead but I can not recommend it since I am so glad to not be wasting money on renting anymore. I just love historic old mills.

Stay away from this place - party central We moved in to this nice loft style apartments only to discover soon after the partying that takes place late at night. Made several complaints to management only to get the company line that they will notify tenant and take of it. 5 complaints later,

Really Happy! I have recently moved into the building and I have had a good experience from the day I rented the apartment to the day I moved in. The staff was really nice and accommodating. I will admit that the apartments can be noisy at times. I am impressed with the way the building is
