i am a tenant in a ferland property.all they rent to is coons spics and drug addicts.and all these low lives do is destroy the property,let anyone in that they want.sell drugs and do prostitution on the premises.ferland cares nothing about anything except the almight buck period.

#1 take a good look at yourself
#2 learn how to spell

I also live in a Ferland Property..I bet I know why these things happen in your place?..NO one files a written complaint, and follows up and stands up to management..or everyone complains and no one does anything about it!! You have rights as a tenant and do not have to live under these conditions if they are as you say..I am sure they are somewhat valid as we do have similar issues..If you are still there and wish to get involved, a fantastic organization is the Rhode Island HUD Tenant Coalition(401.837.8462) and the National Alliance of HUD Tenants(401.263.3806)..I just returned from Washington DC and you wouldn't believe the rights you have that they would never tell you.
