Not worth it.

My fiancee and I payed through the nose for this place. The location was good, and the neighbors were nice, but that's about where it ended. The finish work left a lot to be desired, they turned off your A/C when they felt like it (It's September, no one needs A/C), and the management was completely unresponsive to resident complaints (you know, simple things like "why has this treadmill in the gym been broken for two months".

The air conditioners in the apartments are individually controlled by the resident. They turn them on and off at their own will as the thermostats are in their apartments and each apartment has their own a/c unit. This is not true and needs to be remove from the site. The treadmill motor was ordered out of Ca and it did take a few weeks to come in. But far from the 2 months stated. Another untruth. It is now operating and there was also a second treadmill that was still operational until the other was repaired. Apparently this person doesn't tell the truth. This review is totally false and needs to be removed asap by apartment ratings.com. This is a beautiful property with many happy people including myself.

Yes, I agree on the unresponsive management

The air conditioners are controlled by resident thermostat and somewhere else; I don't know where. Basically: (1) A/C doesn't work (2) I call maintenance (3) They say that it doesn't work because they turned it off at their end, and what do I need A/C in September for anyway? This is documented with a work order from the maintenance department. Regarding the treadmill, I should note that I posted this review almost six months after I moved out (left August, 2005), and I was referring to breakage of the treadmill occurring prior to this. It is possible that we are talking about two separate instances of breakage.
