Grandeville at the Commons 57% Recommended Sep 28 2007: I have read some of the reviews and have to say that all communities have their rules that help keep everyone safe and in the long run happy. Having lived here for 2 years I have nver been happier. I can honestly say that nothing these previous posters say is true. Grandeville at the Commons 57% Recommended Feb 07 2006: I am writing in response to this posting. The property has been under new ownership and management since Aug of 2005. While I cannot speak for the past management qualification guidelines the current management is very stringent. GrandeVille has many Grandeville at the Commons 57% Recommended Feb 04 2006: My family and I moved into our apartment shortly after the 1st phase was ready. The neighbors were pretty friendly and staff was allright. After a few months of living there they seemed desperate to get people in there and Grandeville at the Commons 57% Recommended Jan 31 2006: My fiancee and I payed through the nose for this place. The location was good, and the neighbors were nice, but that's about where it ended. The finish work left a lot to be desired, they turned off your A/C |
