Much Improved Since Hallkeen Now Manages Well kept apartments by Joe Delgado, the Maintenance Superintendent and Joe is Terrific. Very Nice place to live, quiet and off the main road. Contractors maintain the landscaping and plow the parking lot. New parking lot, siding, paint inside and out. More
