Where should I begin' Heating pipes make noise at night, so if you are a light sleeper, then this is not a place for you. The cabinets in the kitchen probably date back when they first constructed Bayside in '73. Mildew grew onto my ceiling in the bathroom after one month living there. There are lots of open lawn in the complex areas, but you have to keep an open eye on dog poop, as it is everywhere! My appliances were new, but again the old cabinets and the fact that my kitchen floor was warped were big negatives. Nice private balcony. Overall, the place is average and definitely not worth the amount they charge. Better off finding a place in West Warwick or Cranston, pay the extra $80-100 per month and get a nice place. Even by Apponaug (Fairfax Village and Cowesett Hills'), both part of the company that owns Bayside, are better choices and equally priced. For approx. $900/month for a 1 bedroom, this place IS NOT RECOMMENDED! Go buy a house instead.
