I presently live at Bayside Country Club and I, along with many other residents are breathing a collective sigh of relief. Why, you ask'' There is a new sheriff in town, named Kim. She is the new property manager and although I have not met her in person yet, she has been quite helpful, professional and cordial when I have called the office.

The half-wit who used to manage the property was named Kristy Rose and I can assume she was either fired or finally committed to the looney bin, where she belongs.

She was a "Cagney and Lacey" wannabee, always trying to accuse residents of numerous offenses such as smoking marijuana when they were just burning candles or incense. Every time I went to the office to pick up a package or to pay my rent, Kristy would be standing outside sucking on her 40th cigarette of the day. On those rare occassions in which I would actually see her in the office, she reeked of smoke. She was extremely rude, low class and unprofessional every time I dealt with her.

It seems as if her supervisors finally caught on to the fact that she did NOTHING all day expect chain smoke and offend the residents who live here!!

Other than that, great maintenance staff, peaceful location and courteous employees (excluding Kooky Krisy Rose).
