I have recently moved into Bayside apartments and have very few complaints so far. Yeah, maybe there is dog poop all over the lawns, but you knew that in the first place that dogs were allowed. Don't get mad at Bayside...get mad at your neighbors. Either that or do something about it. Pick it up, report people. Whatever makes you happy. My only complaint so far is the fact that there are few washer and dryers, so you have to pick and choose the good times to do your laundry. Also, you can only get to use them with a special card, and can only get that card in the office, which is closed by the time most people get home from work. But, if you plan accordingly, most headaches can be avoided.
