I have lived at Bayside for about 1 year now and couldn't be happier! The staff is always available when I need them and the Clubhouse is open until 9 pm at night to get packages and work out. The maintenance crew is friendly and clean when they do something in my apartment. And With all of the snow we had this past winter, they did a great job and even shoveled my car out! I believe the reviews posted below are not about Bayside Country Club in Warwick' There is nothing bad to say about Bayside!

I vistited Bayside to possible rent an apartment there. However, I found that what the agent was telling me about the "quite" community and what I say when I visited that Saturday night were two different tales. On Satuday 17 June 2006 my boyfriend and I parked our vehicle near the building where our new apartment would be if we rented it. After a 1/2hr we noticed that that there wasn't any parking spaces and that there was load music coming from one of the apartments in the building we were looking at and a male and female yelling at each other from their apartment. Children were playing outside and two ethnic people were smoking what I hoped would be a cigarette but looked like something else since they passed it back and forth to each other. Then as we had already thought this might not be the place for us, the two ethnic men started to swear at the children who where throwing rocks at a dog tied up outside! Our decision was made not to move into this complex. In fact, the other properties that Picerne owns are not that great either; we saw a mouse at Fairfax's duplex, a man sleeping on the steps of a Pocasset Village building with a bottle of beer in his hands, and too much noise at the Villa Del Rio due to the malls' parking lot in your front yard. Therefore, base the opinions of the reviewers of this website with a little credability, but spend a couple hours one Saturday evening watching what really happens or doesn't happen in the community you are about to live in.
