I have a son who lived at the landings for a few years. In that time, they raised the rent to where it was over $900 per month for a one bedroom apartment. He also paid extra for heat/AC and WATER. The apartment neighborhood was not as clean as it used to be with garbage in the parking lots. Snow removal was not done in time for him to leave for work, which means everyone was out shoveling out their cars to leave- in their business suits. Paying this much for an apartment should have included snow removal and water. Management was both arrogant and incompetent. They misled and did the minimum required. They were not helpful in any way. Vaulted ceilings and double hung windows were very nice but having to deal with this management team and the price of the apartments was not worth it for my son. Just a warning.
