I don't think some of these reviews are about Bayside Country Club in Warwick, RI. If they are, it sure is completely different than what I've seen.

Another few things I saw posted that does not apply to Bayside in WARWICK is that it's not a big city complex, there aren't any rats that I know of, and there's no need to park on the street because there's parking lots throughout the spreadout complex.

Bayside Country Club in WARWICK is in a quiet area, seems well maintained from what I've seen (I can only speak on behalf of the one apartment I've seen), and the management has been courteous to me in the few times I've spoken with them.

I haven't seen any cracked or slanted walls, no hobos digging through garbage, there's no such thing as route 84 in this area, and is very safe, along with Warwick in general (one of the safest cities in the country-look it up). The gym is pretty up to date and has a lot more space than some other apartment complexes I've seen.

As for the tenants, there's an income requirement of 1:4 (one week's gross income must equal one month's rent), so I highly doubt anyone on welfare resides there.

I don't know what some people are reviewing, but it sure isn't the same place I've seen.
