This is seriously the worst apartment I have ever lived in. The management here is rude and incompetent and the apartments are falling apart. No work orders are ever done correctly and the office just ignores you when you complain. I have had a leak in my apartment since I moved in and everyone seems annoyed when I call to get it fixed. I would like to see how they would handle it when their ceiling falls in on them! To quote Ben Stiller...Picerne is the skidmark on the underpants of society. Thank God my lease is up!
