All we had is trouble the moment we moved in. The Property Manager is the worst. Never avalable to talk to the tenants. May be she lives in a cave. And when she meets she's never courteous to the tenants. Always messing up the rent checks and sending notices demanding fines. When told, they don't even apologize for the mistake. The maintenance crew is the worst. Took constant and frequent reminding to get an appliance replaced. You have to literally on their tail. And they talk like they are doing a favor which is in fact their job.

Complaints are never taken care of in a timely manner. This is worst property to live on. Absolute nightmare. Just keep off.
