Was stuck there for an year only due to lease obligations. This property is pretty OLD and falling apart. There is a leak which the management never cared to fix inspite of our repeated requests and reminders. The property manager seemed very incapable, incompetent, and uncourteous with the tenants. The recreational facilities they boast about are in pretty bad shape. You can check them yourself. There is no security to the buildings. The main door lock never worked and like I said earlier there no effort from the managment side to fix these. There is nothing good about this property. Stay away if you can. It's not worth it.
