First of all I think many of these comments seem like they are from one or two disgruntled residents who have nothing better to do with their lives than complain on this site that people may be looking for a real overview of a property.

Unfortunately sometimes things break and sometimes ceilings leak and maybe you should be happy that you had a maintenance crew to come and fix these problems for you for FREE'!' Try owning a home and paying a plumber 200 bucks to even come look at a leaking pipe or backing up toilet. Get a grip on reality. The Maintenance staff came to my apartment at 3:00 in the morning for my leak and seemed to fix it just fine. Maybe if you show alittle appreciation and offer them a smile and something to drink instead of acting like it??s their fault something broke you might get a better response.

Second I have lived here for a while now unlike some of these comments, and it is a nice quiet neighborhood. The apartments aren't lavished with fireplaces or anything but you get what you pay for. For alittle over a grand with everything included it??s much better than paying a $200 gas bill not to mention other utilities too.

Regarding the Property Manager if by scary you somehow mean Tall, blond good looking and overall very nice... ummmm... ya she is extremely scary. Maybe some of these people haven't met the same Manager I have. Not to go on but if you want a real opinion on Bayside you may consider going and checking it out, these reviews do not give a good idea of what its really like to live here.
