I have lived at Bayside for 5 years and have seen many changes in the management. Recently, I have met a few new faces in the rental office and have been quite happy with them. They are pleasant people who are willing to help with my concerns. The maintenance guys are great. They have been there for a bunch of years and really know how to take care of things. I had some work done in my apartment and the manager called 2 days later to ask me if I was happy with it. She really seems to care. Give Bayside a try.
