I live in their apartments for 3 years. Since day one I could hear mice or rats in the ceiling and I lived on the top floor. So there was no one above me. I even saw them running around my apartment in the late hours. I set down a couple of traps and caught 5 within a day or two. When I complained they told me I was the only one who ever complained. It took them 2 1/2 years to send someone for pest control. They guy came once and set down traps and told me it was my job to check and remove them.
When I got locked out I called maintenace and they told me to use my credit card to try and break into my apartment. When I told him it didn't work he siad it would be about an hour and a half before he could come to unlock it for me. When he arrived he smelled like smoke and alcohol.
At one point a door was broken, one I dont even use. They called me to blame it on me. They said they had eye witnesses. When I asked what time these eye witnesses said i broke the door it was sometime around 7am yet I'm at work by 6am. They called again to tell me they told me the wrong time and that it was around midnight they saw me break the door. I told them to stop harassing me. They called a few days later to tell me I was the one who scratched up the elevator and again they had eye witnesses. Basically if you live there and anything goes wrong they try to make you pay for it. The elevator is always broken and smells like piss.
