More problems than it's worth

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
The noise and the plumbing are definitely the worst part of living here. You can hear everything from the neighbors, not to mention the overhead airplane noise. The plumbing backs up all the time and the maintenance staff is usually unable to fix it. Once they call the professionals it is usually fixed temporarily.
Overall it is not worth the money.
