If you are looking for a unique place to call home, don't pick Cowesett Hills. However, if you need a place to stay for a year or two... it's clean, relatively well maintained, and the staff is pretty friendly. Make sure to check the apartment they are offering you to see how new the appliances are... it varies ALOT apartment to apartment. It's getting a little pricey though, which is why I left. But it is extremely close to the highway and most places to shop, so it was convenient if nothing else.
