When you drive into Cowesett you see the beautiful pond, the "Club House" that has exercise equipment and a "model apartment" which looks like this place is worth the money...but this all changes when you move in. You will notice that your apartment has noticable problems including the overwhelming smell of paint(so bad that you have to keep the door open for weeks to get out), ------ paint jobs that cover noticable cracks in the walls, sheet rocked joints popping out everywhere, the crappy durable rugs that make the apartment look gheto and that nothing that you own will go with, walls so thin you better whisper even if you are just talking on the phone and don't want you neighbor to hear your conversation, water temperatures that vary from cold to extremely scalding, and poor maintance upkeep(don't let them change your fixtures because they will leave the old marks from where the old ones where and expect you to fix them). Ohhhh and I don't know how I almost forgot they can't plow snow to save their asses.
They suck you into a one year lease so you can't leave once you realize what a mistake you made or after the first time a plane flies into TF Green at 10pm.
