The office staff was always extremely rude. The last winter we were there we kept having problems with our heat and they kept insisting that it worked fine. Umm... when I have the heat set to 72 and it's 62 in my apartment, something isn't working. They had the nerve to tell my wife that it was because we had furniture in front of the heater vents. Sorry but that doesn't explain why the baseboards are ice cold.

Maintence was miserable. They respond quickly but do horrible work. These guys obviously have no professional training.
