I recently moved out because I built a house. My husband and I rented a two bedroom for about two years. When we first came to Cowesett Hills we were both realy impressed with the grounds and the office staff. The girl that showed us an apartment was very helpful and so was the staff every step of the way. Rent is generaly high in Rhode Island for anything decent, the place is not brand new but kept up. Maintance is awsome and was quick with our requests. We had a problem with noisy neighbors but in time it was handled. My husband and I really enloyed the pond and swimming pool, the grils are a nice touch! I would recommend Cowesett Hills to anyone, in fact I do!
