Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
The place is sort of older, but I've seen much worse for the age of the buildings. Maintenance is maintenance (OK). Staff is fairly helpful, but I get the sense that they've got a lot to keep track of. These complexes all have their good & bad. Cowesett was no different from any of the others I lived at. It is what it is, but my experience wasn't all that bad.
