Just like all of this company's places, this joint is getting a little old. At this point, the rent is not worth what it probably once was. The apartments themselves are not all they could be. Cowesett is so big. ...and they seem to spend a ton on landscaping. I don't see how they could also spend that much on the inside & make any money. This explains why they're crap on the inside. They need to realize that pretty grounds are great, but it's what you do with the place I wake up in every day that's going to make me stay. I left.
