I have to say, I have been a faithful resident of Cowesett Hills for about 3 years now. I always pay my rent on time. I even help shovel and dig out cars when it snows. The management staff are all very nice and I feel bad for them. I feel bad because I can see that the company they work for, Picerne Real Estate Group, does not care. Cowesett Hills used to be called "Luxury Apartments" the sign was taken down and replaced with "Apartment Community". The hallways are filthy, dark and dingy. There are severe mold problems every time you turn around, pits in the road and smelly wacko people. I can go and on. It looks like years ago this place was really something. However, the buildings are getting old and there are many problems. It is a real shame that Picerne does not care about their product.

I am in the same boat. Picerne just looks at the bottom line. you have to live with water coming in for at least six months before they look. They repair the roof (took a year) then find a problem with windows...mice every year, ants and hallways carpets over 20 years old!
