I've lived here for a little over a year and I can't wait to move out. The office staff is pleasant except for the dumb ass cocky manager. That's one reason I think this place has gone down hill. Here's my list of complaints:

Counters are really old and warped. Radiators are falling apart.
The windows are so drafty that the blinds move on windy days.
Closet doors keep breacking.
My bath tub keeps backing up in the middle of night leaving me to clean huge chunks of black goo.
Half the time the trucks don't work to plow the parking lots and you're left snowed in for two days. Plus you have to dig your car out. (5 feet behind your car with snow piles 4 feet high)
Walls are thin. So pray you get quiet neighbors or someone that travels a lot.
Don't do your whites in the washers. They come out dirtier than when they went it.
