This complex was a luxury community when I first moved in. The management and maintenance staff went above and beyond consistently. Now we have people in the office with poor attitudes (I've encountered this from 2 individuals on more than one occasion) and a maintenance department with what seems to be a huge turnover rate, there are new workers all the time. Recently, the maintenance workers have been, quite honestly, suspected of a recent string of robberies here. The buildings are in need of paint, there's mold problems everywhere, poor upkeep of common areas, many plumbing problems, etc...I do not recommend that anyone rent here.
