Power Outages

The buildings need to be painted. The window updated, so the draft does not come in when the wind blows. I have only been living here for a short time, and had three power outages. This will continue to happen until they (the management) upgrades the 50 year electrical grid, which is not going to happen with piercne. Plus most apartments are all electric, which includes the heat, think about that in the winter. They are many other places near, stay away from piercne. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
