No wonder you people think the staff stinks all you do is complain. I looked at every possible place to live before I saw Cowesett Hills and the only other place worth living at is the Royal something but try paying $1300 for a 1 bedroom. The rent here is good and the people in the office a great and given the size of this place if only 5 people complain on this site then I'd say they're doing a pretty good job. Good location...love the pool.

Sounds like you work here. Plus there are 37 reviews on this website and more than half say NO. Plus some of the people rated the apartment as a 2.0 but still put YES. So do your research before you speak.

I agree with you. The staff is doing a good job and maintenance have been very helpful to me. It is a large place and I'm sure they have a lot of work to do. I think this is a great place to live. The rent is good and the customer service part is good. I looked at other really nice apartments but the service was bad.
