Not a bad place to live

We moved into Cowesett about a year ago and since the new office staff has come here things have been improving slowly. My husband and I were not happy with the old office staff and were even thinking about moving out. The new staff actually cares about our concerns. We have noticed all of the work the maintenance guys have done on the property and in our apartmetn. Hopefully we can live in a top notch place once again.

Obviously, a member of the new office staff wrote this. The problems that exist at Cowesett Hills as well as all other Picerne properties are not the fault of the on-site management. Their issues are the direct result of the incompetence and carelessness of upper management.

could not agree with "polka" more. the shoddy workmanship is reprehensible. they charge FAR too much for FAR too little. they advertise a "weight room" that has a treadmill and 2, literally 2, dumbbells. their "decks" are fire escapes that you can't put anything on, both because they say not to, and if you do one may think they'd fall apart they're so craptastic. i honestly believe anything with a rating of 4 or higher was posted by the company, especially when you consider that half of them list nothing other than the good review.
