it honestly seems to me that the company cares more about making money than fixing the apartments and making things worthwhile to live here. it's not bad, but frankly it's built poorly, and maintained poorly. the decks have multiple issues and they advertise them incorrectly. they call them "decks" when they're really fire escapes in need of repair. the parking lot in front of my apartment constantly has 6 inches to a foot of water in it, and they have yet to fix this problem, in what looks like the life of the parking lot. come by on a rainy day and look at the lots, you will easily see the issues.
