WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE' I LIVE ON THE POND AND HAVE AN AWESOME VIEW. MY NEIGHBORS ARE NICE AND I'VE ONLY HAD TO CALL ONCE FOR A BROKEN STOVE AND THE NEXT DAY I HAD A NEW ONE. RENTS CHEAPER THEN MOST PLACES ANYWAY, I KNOW CAUSE I DID LOOK AROUND, FOR 2 MONTHS.
