when they tell you, your only going to need first months rent down... dont believe that. we moved there from boston and the day we got there they told me we need first month and security(another months rent) before we could move in.

there was no heat. which never got fixed. i had to buy a gallon of drano a week for the sinks. every time it rained the septic tanks overflowed and made huge puddles in the leaching fields... (which is your back yard) everytime somebody in the upstairs apartment walked around it felt and sounded like an earthquake.
