where do I begin, I dont know what is happeningat cowesett. A decent place when i moved here. past year has been loud, Strangers walking around and beeping horns out in front of complex.Younger "loud" crowd renting here now. We are on the third floor and the patio out back is litterally falling apart and if a child was to lean against it they would definitally fall. Last week 2 cops were in the front of the building with 2 kids. THis is not the professional place it use to be. Our Air conditioner went out 2 days before memorial day and the maintainance said the parts would be in "sometime after labor day". Normally you would go to the pool to get SOME relief from the heat, But not this year. The pool wont be open until the middle of june. Office staff has one VERY RUDE YOUNG guy working there in particular that actually laughed in my face and something once. There is too much to list, just stay away from CH and any other Piecere companies.!!!
