I agree with the last review. Picerne has let this place fall apart. Literally, the decks are falling off the buildings. They are also letting people do co-signs here so your starting to see a lot of college kids and low income people move in. If your not in those brackets stay away at all means. They couldn't even open the pool on time this year, it opened a week after Memorial Day weekend. What a joke.
