I'VE LIVED HERE FOR OVER A YEAR AND I HAVE TO SAY IT'S BEEN THE BEST PLACE BY FAR. I WANT TO BUY A HOUSE BUT ALMOST DREAD LEAVING THIS AREA. I HONESTLY HAVE HAD ONE MAINTENACE REQUEST SINCE I'VE LIVED HERE AND IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF IN A DAY. I MUST BE THE LUCKIEST MAN ALIVE IF I'M THE ONLY ONE LIVING THIS WELL. THERE ARE SOME BITCHY AND LIFELESS PEOPLE WHO LIVE HERE AND I CAN IMAGINE THERE THE ONES WRITING BAD CRAP BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOTHING LEFT TO DO. GET A JOB AND GET A LIFE. EVEN THOUGH RENTING AS WHOLE ISN'T THE BEST THING, IF YOU HAVE TO THIS IS GOOD PLACE TO DO IT.
