This place is falling apart. Same sad story as other residence. Deck/fire escapes are falling down, extremely noisey from opposite walls and floor above.
Lound music playing out of some of the windows. The family community here is slowly going away. A lot of younger noisier people here now. Cars speeding up and down the main road. The office seems to always be closed. The clubhouse is closes early. Forget it if you want to use the lousey workout area. You can't get on a routine cause when you want to use it, the clubhouse will probably be closed. The office and maint. staff seem to change with the wind. The washing machines are always broken. Goose and duck crap everywhere.
It's gotten so bad here that they are offering $500 to you if you recomend someone to live here. There used to be a waiting list to get in here. Now people are moving out faster than the office can do the paper work. Says something for the conditins here. Not to mention the outdated apts. Too bad so sad. I'm out when my lease is up.
