terrible-my car was spray painted (when painters were spraying the decks-they neglected to ask me to move my car)-complained to office-nothing done-have had water problems for 4 years (always repairing pipes)-have birds living in my wall(again-have compliained to no avail) don yourself a favor-sleep on the streets and save your money 12/19/07 (update) NO WATER (AGAIN) FOR 6 HOURS-if youre the type who showers or goes to the bathroom-you might want to look elsewhere
