i live there right now..., and it isnt worth the money. if you are black, u will get people calling you the 'n' word every now and aagain. the place is a beatiful area, but not worth the price. only nice thing is the pool and the parking. the walls are very thin, so the slightest noise you make... u get a complaint. the staff try to be good overall, but can be cunning, be careful. lots of racoons!!!!, you need to learn racoon communication, in that you dont get attack by the racoon mob. during the summer, the ants find their way in the rooms, after all, we in the woods, wood ants, the big black ones. the basket ball court needs upgrading, tennis court is good, they are next to each other, but if your balls go astray in the grass, guess what happen'..... it rolls into the grass of duck pooop. yes, duck pooop every where!!. they have a nice facility, but i think they can really do better for the money we tenants pay. thank goodness my lease is about to be over !!!! i wish they would fix the laundry room..... one one washer works!!!!
