I've lived at Cowesett Hills in the smaller of the two offered two bedroom apartments for the last year. Now that our lease is up we are moving into one of their two bedroom townhouses. We looked all over the state for a better apartment or even an equal apartment for a cheaper price and couldn't find one. This place is great. It's a nice community. They offer lots of different activities from exercise classes to happy hours to group trips. We've only had to call them twice for repairs but they did both right away. When we first moved in our water heater wasn't working right, the water would get cold after about 5-10 minutes. We called and they were there the very next day. They replaced the entire heater. The other thing was that our sink came lose fromt he counter and again they came the very next day and replaced the whole thing. I really love this apartment complex. There is nothing this good for even close to this price anywhere near this area.
