Not worth it.

If the apartment was a stand-alone apartment it might have been worth it, however having poorly constructed apartment complexes all hitched together is a disaster. In my particular case I was on a third floor apartment and had a real bastard for a neighbor below. I literally had to tip toe around my own apartment to keep from getting this guy from issuing a complaint. THe apartments are so poorly constructed that it keeps absolutly NO noise out whatsoever. Because of this I could never have any guests over (because we would make too much noice), could never have my little niece and nephew over for a visit (because little kids jump around and make too much noise), and the few times I did have people over I basically had to give them a seminar of how to properly walk up the stairs as to not make noise!!!!
To add to the problem, I have a third shift job and often get home at 4:00 in the morning. And on several occasions I had a complaint of noise against me in the hallway stairwell in the early morning hours! Like I had a choice. (Of course no seemed to care about all those LOUD leafblowers right outside during the morning when I was trying to sleep.)
But the worse thing of all was that the staff completely took the side of my neighbor and didn't care what I had to say at all. (Probably due to the fact that he was old and I was young) Because of this I was eventually asked to leave.
I would advise ALL people considering renting at this facility to THINK AGAIN!!!
