I lived here for a year...for the whole year, my dishwasher was never working properly...(they always had some excuse)..Police are always there, and even once someone abandoned a car in front of my apartment with the windows smashed..The laundry rooms were locked even during the daytime...the office people were rude, and I had to go to Home Depot to replace a screen that they never attempted...and I had to send them the bill. Oh, the trash pickup leaves much to be desired...there is usually piles of trash! Also, they found lead in one of the buildings. Terrible service and maintenance....Would NOT recommend. (Oh, and after all the problems they upped my rent to 615 with less than a months notice, so I left!)
