Hopefully anyone reading this will stay away from Fairfax Village.
Gosh where to start, Well for one thing, THE ANTS. The ants were so bad in my apartment that we couldn't have food in the cabinets or on the counter because the ants would be in the food. The ants were everywhere, climbing on everything. The ants were even in the closet climbing on the walls. We complained and complained and the staff would come in and put ant traps in the apartment. Well let me tell you, that didn't work and the staff could careless. DON'T FORGET THE SPIDERS...
The smell of cigarette smoke was awful. The walls are so thin that all you could smell is your neighbors cigarette smoke. Gross!
Our cars got broken into twice and damaged quite badly. The outside lights are usually broken and again the staff could careless.
The neighbors are not friendly and are frankly strange. There were some neighbors who seemed very scary and you couldn't run fast enough to your door and lock it.
Dealing with the staff was horrible. They lied repeately and couldn't be bothered by you. It was like talking to a bunch of walls.
The washing machines were broken all the time and frankly I wouldn't want to wash any clothes in those machines. There was a lot of garbage and broken glass on the grounds. But hey they did mow the grass in the summer! The noise from the airplanes was quite amusing as long as you weren't on the phone or watching t.v. You wouldn't be able to hear for a few minutes.

Even if you are just looking to stay here for a year until you can buy a house, like us, find somewhere else to go.........
