I live in one of the townhouses located here, and I have no idea what these people are talking about. I have never had a problem with ants or mice at all. Maybe you should clean your place more than once a year.

The places are nice. Even though there is probably 100 layers of paint on the walls, everything in the apartment is new and fresh. The grounds are well kept all times during the year and they even take special care in plowing the driveway and parking spots.

Parking is an issue however, as if you have friends over they have to park like a mile away. The pool area is well kept and maintained on a regular basis during the summer.

As far as staff goes, they are all helpful and polite, and i have had nothing but good encounters with all of the workers and maintanence people.

All of the places have new roofing from last summer, and many of the places as i have seen get new carpeting after every rent period.

This place overall is a fantastic place to live, in terms of affordability and location, as well as quality.

As far as tennants go, this should not factor into your review, because others can not be policed on how to live according to your standards. The people who talk down on this place definately need to rearrange their facts, because i have had not experienced any of it, and i have been here in 2 different places over my past apt. and my current one - which have been good experiences.
