While I have only lived here several months, I have really nothing negative to say. I have only needed to contact maintenance a couple times and they were on the ball each time. The apartments are a good size and, I think, a great price if you shop around and consider the current market. I haven't had very many encounters with management since I first rented, but I have nothing bad to say about them. Very nice and helpful people. The sound insulation is wonderful, There has only been a couple times when I could faintly âhear my neighbors and I have never had anyone complain about my noise (and i'm not that quiet), so i assume they can't hear me either. I am planning to extend my lease when it runs out in several months
