I've lived here at Fairfax for alittle over a year now. I would have to agree with the last comment that I'm not sure what some of these other people are talking about. Its overall a great place. My Townhouse was a blank slate when I moved into it, nothing overly fancy, but with alittle paint and a few calls to maintenance I think my place looks good. Every friend that has visited for the first time not only remarks on what a "cute place" I have, but also likes the community. People that live here are all very friendly, most days you can't get through the parking lot without a smile and a wave. The Management seems to be making improvements every year, from painting the property to installing new fences. Overall if you are looking for a quiet place with good neighbors who look out for each other its the place to be.
